The Continuing Crisis

I ended my previous post with "the crisis continues..." If I only knew how right I was. Below you can see a sign placed in a building that was renovated only last year. All rooms have this little sign that lets us know how many people we can stuff into the room before we violate the fire code.
It seems that the "maximuim" intelligence capacity of those who hung this sign is similar to the capacity of the room: quite limited.
