Miami in the Spring

You can smell the spring in the air! The facilities personnel are repairing steps on campus to their original specifications:
The campus and its many paths are beautifully lit:
And the uptown stores proudly announce new arrivals:
Can you feel it?

Oxford Repair

Uh... how many months has it been? Quite a few...

Not to mention the glass had been cracked for years.

Oxford in the Snow

Welcome to Oxford and Miami University in the winter. Below you will see one of the many sidewalks on campus, nearly two entire days following a snowstorm (it's in between the post and the car if you're confused). Is anyone surprised?

The Monsters are Back!

Here they come!

The hall banner in all of its glory:

Jamie and a few of her RA's are hanging out at check-in:

As they begin to arrive in droves, people park all over - including the front lawn (and don't get tickets...)

Here the Monsters assemble for their welcoming to Miami:

Here Jamie and her RA's introduce themselves to the new kids:

They're baaaaaaack....

The loft behind the chimney:

The WRA deck:

Here is the cabin from the outside. Makes you want to stay, huh?

Crazy Thomson Kids...

Check out the igloo they made. Two weeks at 50 degrees though, and it was gone...

End of Training!

Training is over and it is time to celebrate! By the way, the cake says "Thomson Hall, We're better than you."

Thomson and Clawson Hall Staff BBQ

The Thomson and Clawson RA's get together for a friendly game of "Battle of the Sexes." I labeled the Thomson RA's. The unlabeled crew are the Clawson RA's. Remember: Click to enlarge!

Thomson Hall Banner!

The RA's making the banner that will hang in front of the building on move-in day. It's supposed to look like the Rainforest Cafe' logo...
